Terms of service.

These terms are the agreement between you and Assbook for using assbook.app. By creating an account you accept them, together with the Community rules and the Privacy notice, which are part of these terms.

1. Who can use Assbook

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement. One person, one account. You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your password to yourself.

2. Your content

You keep ownership of what you post. You give Assbook a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, display and distribute your content for the purpose of running the service, for as long as it is on Assbook. You confirm that you have the right to post it, that any person in a photo agreed to it, and that it follows the Community rules.

3. What you may not do

Break the Community rules; post nudity or sexual content; harass or impersonate people; post other people’s private information; upload malware or attempt to disrupt the service; scrape or bulk-collect content or members; use the service for anything unlawful.

4. Moderation

We may remove content, hide posts, reject or remove photos, and suspend or terminate accounts that break these terms, with or without notice. Automated checks run on every photo before it is stored; people make the final calls. You can report content from its menu.

5. Your account

You can stop using Assbook at any time. To delete your account, email accounts@assbook.app from your verified address until self-service deletion is available. We may close accounts that are inactive for a long time or that break these terms.

6. The service

Assbook is provided as it is and as available. It is a small, evolving service and things will occasionally break or change. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or that content will never be lost, so keep copies of anything that matters to you.

7. Liability

To the extent the law allows, Assbook is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and its total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, which for a free account is nothing. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Meaningful changes are announced by the official account before they take effect. Continuing to use Assbook after that means you accept the new terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the country where the Assbook operating company is established, which will be named here once it is registered, without affecting mandatory consumer protections where you live.
